| I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons. | Das Los ist mir gefallen auf liebliches Land; mir ist ein schönes Erbteil geworden. | (15:6) lineae ceciderunt mihi in pulcherrimis et hereditas speciosissima mea est |
| I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. | Ich lobe den HERRN, der mich beraten hat; auch mahnt mich mein Herz des Nachts. | (15:7) benedicam Domino qui dedit consilium mihi insuper et noctibus erudierunt me renes mei |
| Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope. | Ich habe den HERRN allezeit vor Augen; steht er mir zur Rechten, so werde ich fest bleiben. | (15:8) proponebam in conspectu meo semper quia a dextris meis est ne commovear |
| For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. | Darum freut sich mein Herz, und meine Seele ist fröhlich; auch mein Leib wird sicher liegen. | (15:9) propterea laetatum est cor meum et exultavit gloria mea et caro mea habitavit confidenter |
